This recap of the services at Fellowship Bible Church in Conway, AR is part of the Sunday Setlists blog carnival hosted by To check out what others are doing in their services and learn more about what Sunday Setlists is all about, check out

We weren’t sure how many folks we would have because of some sleet & snow that had fallen within the last few days. We decided to go ahead and have services for whoever was able to make it. We ended up have a very decent crowd at first service and a fully attended second service!

Our gospel choir opened the service with Holy Is The Lamb by Oleta Adams. (YouTube link)

Our teaching pastor followed this with a welcome and a few announcements. This led into the main song set for the morning:

Jesus Messiah (Chris Tomlin)
We Cry Out (Walker Beach)
This Is How We Know (Matt Redman)

We Cry Out was new for us, and the consensus among the worship team was that it was definitely a keeper. Our sound tech for the morning even commented that a lot of folks were swaying back and forth to it before they had picked up enough of it to sing. It was a significant enough portion of the congregation that it looked really cool.  That’s not a common thing for our body, so I took it as a positive response.

Our children’s ministry pastor taught on parenting from Ephesians 6. (sermon audio download) He used a YouTube video as his opening joke, and I thought it was hilarious. Check it out!

We closed with Nothing But the Blood (Matt Redman) and then a more traditional, vocally led version of At Calvary.
